I told Brock up front which film I had, and if he could get it to lay down without peeling. He said, "I've worked with VViViD in the past, I can make it work. It'll look great!" I paid $1,600 for the labor. Within an hour of leaving his shop, the wrap was aggressively coming off the car, and a lot of his cuts and edging were very subpar. Then he told me, "this is what I was afraid of from the start," and put it back on me for bringing the film. His fix was for me to seal the edges myself, or pay $1,250 more to redo it in a different film that I also pay for. I asked for just half my money back and he said no. I asked for a 6 month warranty if I paid him again with new material he bought, he said no..I trusted him to do the good job he promised. On the phone he got aggressive with me and said I should have done more research, like I was dumb for believing him. He keeps blaming the material, but even if it hadn't peeled, the craftsmanship alone is something I'd never recommend to a friend. Lesson learned.

Brock is a true professional. He did an excellent job on my wrap and took the time to share helpful recommendations on how to keep it looking great. I really appreciated his knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
He is also a great communicator, keeping you informed even if there is an unexpected delay. I highly recommend Brock and Arizona Auto Wraps.

Brock, owner/operator of AZ Auto Wraps is great! Found via Google search and at first I thought he provided mobile services. However, I soon discovered he has his own installation location which is clean and very professional. Brock was very responsive and communicated regularly during each phase of my custom wrap installation. I’m extremely happy with the finished wrap on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ. I highly recommend Arizona Auto Wraps and look forward to working with Brock on my next project.

Brock did a great job wrapping our commercial trucks. He was quick to respond to emails, got us a quote promptly, and was easy to work with throughout the whole process.
Our project was a little different because our commercial trucks are too large to fit inside his garage. Even with that challenge, Brock did everything he could to make it work, scheduling the installations early in the morning to stay out of the sun and give the wraps the best chance of turning out right.
He's a genuinely nice guy, communicates well, and takes pride in doing quality work. We'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality vehicle wraps.

Brock did an amazing job removing a gray wrap on my 2022 Range Rover. He meticulously removed, as to not disrupt the black paint underneath, and there is not one flaw as a result. Highly recommend Brock and Arizona Auto Wraps, as I will be a repeat customer.
